OUR STORY
LeftUntied was unexpectedly born in August 2016 when our daughter became obsessed with Harley Quinn. We never imagined it becoming this joyous experience we're able to share with so many all around the world.
As her 9th birthday was approaching she came across a pair of customized Converse online that were only available in adult sizes. She insisted she would wear them in "like three years when they fit me, promise!" Yeah right! We parents know how long kids fads last. After months and months of pleading for them, Shaudin gave in, kind of, and instead said, "We'll make them for you". What was he thinking??? We've never done this! And so it began....
She held us to it and that weekend was spent purchasing fabric markers, a pair of white Converse, designing, drawing and coloring our first pair of "Chucks". We couldn't get her out of them or her Harley Quinn costume.
We shared the finished pair on our social media and the response was overwhelming. That post led to her aunt requests for a Dr. Seuss pair which we happily created. #2 was born and we knew this was something we were meant to be doing, together.
We’ve created so many different and unique themes... from Alice in Wonderland, Marilyn Monroe, Panic at the Disco, Game of Thrones, Pokemon to 80's and random loves of pizza and pets to everything in between!

Our absolute favorite part of this experience is being able to witness the reaction of the recipients opening their kicks for the first time. Although they know what theme they've asked us to create, they never know how we will put it together for them until they are complete! We've been lucky enough to be able to personally deliver some pairs, other times people share their unveiling videos with us. Enjoy some of them below!

If purchasing a gift card, they are sold in increments of $50 but can be gifted as one. For example, if three are purchased, we can create your gift card for $150. We're thrilled to let our creativity, imagination and hands run freely on your blank canvas...no two will ever be the same!!! Not left nor right, not even with someone who shares the love for your same theme!
How the magic happens . It’s quite simple... Just give us a THEME and our imaginations take care of the rest! You can help us make it even more personal by sending us the following:

HOW DO I ORDER?

WHAT ARE MY PAYMENT OPTIONS?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal and Zelle. Other options available are Venmo and Cash App. Please contact us directly.
HOW LONG WILL MY PAIR TAKE?
We generally ask for 6-8 weeks dependent on orders at hand. If a specific date is needed, please advise in the notes section at checkout.
WHEN WILL THE FINAL BALANCE BE DUE?
Final balance will be due when your pair is completed and ready to be shipped back to you. Or if we get lucky enough to personally deliver to you! (Our favorite)
Throughout the process of creating your pair we will be in touch and give you the balance prior to completion. We will send an invoice with the full balance and breakdown, including, retainer paid, design and cost of sneakers if we purchased.
HOW DO I CARE FOR MY LEFTUNTIED'S?
Your LeftUntied babies are water resistant and their colors will not run. You can use a damp cloth with mild soap to wipe them down.
If they have been through the mud (like some of our pairs), you can throw them in the wash! We recommend cold water wash and let air dry.
We use permanent fabric markers that are waterproof and will keep your babies colored through it all. Wear them rain or shine!
DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?
Yes, we do! Gift cards are available in increments of $50 dollars in the store above.
DO YOU OFFER EXPRESS ORDERS?
Yes we do! There is an express fee of $100.00 per pair.
